Elcor S.A. is an Argentine company specializing in dairy products and healthy foods for mass consumption and gastronomy. Founded in 1987 as a family business, it has grown into a technologically advanced butter manufacturer, with its butter and cream production lines certified under FSSC 22000.

Beyond Word and Excel
Before LOYAL, Elcor managed its quality management system through Word and Excel files stored in a Windows directory. After a security incident temporarily resulted in the loss of documents, the company evaluated alternatives and needed a safer, more controlled, and reliable approach to document management.

Centralizing quality management
Elcor contracted LOYAL at the end of 2019 and began implementation in February 2020, adopting DMS, QMS, and KPI to manage documentation, quality processes, and performance indicators within one platform.
Training continued remotely through the COVID-19 pandemic without slowing the rollout.
