AN INTERVIEW WITH THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
From fully manual document management to a dedicated system
María Teresa Juri, Quality Management Coordinator, spoke with us about how LOYAL has contributed to the winery’s continuous improvement. The idea of implementing a management system came from the need to simplify and speed up document management, which until then was done entirely by hand.

Valentín Bianchi has for some time been certified in BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and ISO 9001. María Teresa highlighted how helpful LOYAL has been in applying both. Since adopting it, she says, staff are more involved in document management.
