In this opportunity we are pleased to present a new testimonial with one of our latest clients: Remotti , one of the most traditional and long-standing dairy companies in the country.

Located in Emilio V. Bunge, in the northwest of the province of Buenos Aires, in a dairy basin that stands out in the production of cheese due to the quality quality of the milk, Remotti produces dairy products with very high quality.

Through a video call with María Valeria Cañete , Quality Manager, we were able to find out how the implementation process of the DMS module for the management of their documents turned out.

Valeria told us that the company was looking for a management system that would allow them to optimise their organisation’s processes, mainly because they deal with a large volume of documents. Until then, Remotti managed all their documentation in shared folders in Dropbox, to which only three people in the organisation had access.

They decided to contact one of our sales representatives as they had received a recommendation of the system from a person who worked at Arcor and had used the tool. In addition, they hired an external consultant who was also familiar with the Loyal system and gave them good references.

 Our interest in implementing document management software stems from the need to have a system that supports how we handle information. We got in touch with one of their representatives because of two recommendations they made about the system and its functionalities.

The implementation of the DMS module at Remotti was carried out successfully working together with their team and Loyal Solutions consultants. In the software implementation process our consultants assist and accompany to show, guide and train staff in the use and administration of the new tools.

 From the quality area, our main objective is to achieve ISO 22000 certification. One of the requirements of the standard is precisely the control of document management, which is why it is necessary to have all the information organised within a secure system.

Valeria told us that Remotti needed to keep digital records in the Loyal system. Because of this requirement, Loyal’s consultants created this type of form in which not only can a specific record be uploaded, but also the author of the document can download the file and upload new data.

Having digital records allows, on the one hand, all those who have access to the document to see the evolution of the document with updated information. Valeria tells us that they use this type of records in different areas of the company, for example, for counting fungi in the chambers and for controlling complaints. On the other hand, it also makes the process of uploading new data more agile, as the author of the document does not have to ask for authorisation to modify it, nor to pass it on to the next step or generate a new version.
