Molinos Agro is an Argentine agribusiness company with more than 119 years of history and one of the country’s leading soybean processors, with a milling capacity of 6 million tons per year. About 5% of the world’s soybean meal consumption ships out of the port of San Benito, with roughly 2 million tonnes of grain exported. The company uses LOYAL across its quality and technical documentation processes.

“When I first arrived, it was a mess,” Diego recalls. As Head of Technical Office, he needed a more structured way to organize and manage the company’s large volume of technical information.

Expanding LOYAL beyond quality
Molinos Agro was already using LOYAL for document and quality management through the DMS and QMS modules. The Systems team recommended extending the platform to the Technical Office. After testing in a trial environment, LOYAL was adapted through a special development built around the team’s specific needs.

Molinos Agro holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Good Manufacturing Practices certifications, and has earned Environmental Fitness Certification for both its plant and port. LOYAL QMS supports the tasks behind all of it, helping the company face internal and external audits. “The system helped us a lot,” Diego says. “The auditors were very happy because the software allows strict and rigorous management.”
