GENNEIA S.A. is an innovative integrated energy company, leader in the provision of energy solutions based on state-of-the-art thermal equipment, and main investor in renewable energy projects in Argentina. With seven conventional thermal plants -natural gas/liquid fuel- located in Buenos Aires and Entre Rios, along with the Rawson Windfarm -the most important windfarm in Chubut-, we produce the energy delivered all over the country by the Argentine Interconnected System. The program Isolated Generation also meets the entire demand of the Regional Interconexion System in the province of Chubut. Genneia is ISO14001 (Environmental Management) certified and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certified for the head office and thermal plants located in Matheu, Bragado, Olavarría, Pinamar, Las Armas, (Province of Buenos Aires), Paraná and Concepción del Uruguay (Province of Entre Ríos) and Rawson Windfarm, with the scope of certification ‘Power supply generation and availability’.

Implementation of Loyal as a software solution for the computerization of the IMS Integrated Management System (SIG for its abbreviation in Spanish) which comprises Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment.
PROJECT GOALS
- Systematize the IMS for achieving transparency, reliability and organization of the documents, as well as an improvement in the IMS monitoring system.
GOALS ACHIEVED
- The strengths of the IMS were properly demonstrated by passing the external audits and achieving the corresponding certifications.
- Migration of the entirety of the documents, which had been managed manually until Loyal product was implemented.
- Use of LOYAL as a document management platform for all employees that create procedure guidelines, instructive texts and a variety of documents.
- Monitoring and tracking of IMS deviations and actions through notifications and alerts.
- Next Goal: The implementation of findings reporting for the whole company to encourage the participation in the improvement proposal.
