From Loyal Solutions we present a new testimony with Uniber , a group of retail companies of construction and electrical materials, Real Estate and technology that operates in the provinces of Tucumán, Salta, Jujuy and Catamarca (Argentina) with more than 65 years of experience in the construction industry. In its beginnings, at the end of the 1950s, it operated as a family business. Today, with 20 sales outlets and 850 collaborators, Uniber is currently experiencing an important process of transformation, professionalization and expansion on a national scale.
In this opportunity, the LOYAL DMS module was implemented, which corresponds to the document management system, which represented a very positive change within the company. As Carolina Neme (Process Manager) and Juan Pablo Martínez (Industrial Engineer) expressed during a virtual interview, the satisfaction level with the use of Loyal is very high, and this generates a lot of enthusiasm both in the company’s collaborators and among those of us who are part of Loyal, since it encourages us to continue working to improve our clients’ experience.
One of the curiosities of this implementation is that Carolina had already worked with a previous version of Loyal in another company. Since she had a good experience, she recommended our software to Uniber’s staff, who decided to purchase Loyal 6, our most recent version. In response to the question of why she decided to choose our system again, the interviewee explained that Uniber did not have any tool that would allow them to centralize their documents, and that is why she thought of Loyal’s DMS Module as a solution to this problem that arose as the company grew:
Then, we talked to Pablo Martínez, who told us that he is very satisfied with the Loyal Solutions tool, since it is the first time he has used such a software. For him, the most positive factors are that it is easy to use and it allows you to follow all the processes with a high level of detail. Pablo also highlights the excellent support provided by the company throughout the implementation process and the quick response they received every time a doubt or problem arose.
