From Loyal Solutions we present a new testimony with Forestadora Tapebicuá , a leading company in the industrial forestry sector. The company develops forestry activities in the province of Corrientes and owns two sawmills and an offset plant.
Forestadora Tapebicuá is a company that belongs to Grupo Celulosa Argentina . As a reference in the Argentine forestry-industrial sector, it is integrated from responsible forestry to the manufacture, marketing and distribution of high value-added products in the local and international market.
One of the company’s main values is that its operations are managed sustainably, through eco-friendly behavior and renewable forestry production. In order to comply with the different regulations established in our country, it is necessary for the organization to have a system that allows them to organize all their documentation in a secure way.
Through a video call with Mirta Noemí Baez , Forestry Engineer, and Aixa Mayra Pintos , Management System Manager, we had the opportunity to hear about their experience with the implementation and use of Loyal.
The company’s quality team was looking for a new management system, as they were no longer in contact with the previous software supplier and could not update their system. Their previous tool had become obsolete, and as the volume of documentation increased, they started to feel the need to migrate to another system.
Due to a recommendation from one of our customers, IRAM, they quickly contacted one of our sales representatives to see a demo of the product.
We are members of IRAM and Loyal was recommended to us. We needed a system that would allow us to manage all our documents and, when we saw the product, it seemed very appropriate. Before, we had other software that was much more complicated to use. Loyal has a user-friendly interface, which makes it simple to use.
Mirta and Mayra told us that they had evaluated other software proposals and that one of the reasons why they chose Loyal Solutions’ system was because of our extensive experience in the development of technological products.
With more than 20 years of expertise, Loyal Solutions has its main office in Buenos Aires, an office in Brazil, partners in several countries and clients in 13 countries. When evaluating the different solutions, they told us that they noticed certain advantages over other suppliers.
On the one hand, being an Argentine company makes it easier for them, not only in terms of language, but also payment. Nowadays, paying for a service in dollars is very expensive with any external provider.
On the other hand, it is also noteworthy that both the team of system developers and the support service are from Argentina, which makes the whole process more efficient.

Mayra and Mirta highlighted the speed with which the system was implemented. In November 2021, the product sales process began and in just three months, they were able to complete all the training for the document management module and upload all their documentation to Loyal.
During the software implementation process, our consultants assist and accompany them to show, guide and train the personnel in the use and administration of the new tools. In this case, they used the Loyal Solutions test environment for the training, where the module configuration is saved and then uploaded all the documentation.
The implementation process was very good. The feedback was very fast and efficient. We quickly signed the contract and started with the training. The doubts were solved on the spot and it was very simple to adapt to the new system.
Tapebicuá has more than 400 documents ready to be uploaded into the Loyal Solutions system. In addition, in terms of quality, the company achieved FSC Chain of Custody certification in April 2001 and is audited annually by SCS Global Services.
The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) international standard is a voluntary certification that assures clients and society that the organization purchases wood from plantations whose management is environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable.
They are also certified under IRAM 9506 with the technical regulations for the manufacture and commercialization of compensated boards throughout Argentina.
Mayra and Mirta told us that they have been evaluating the other modules of Loyal Solutions and that the idea would be to integrate all the processes of their organization under the same system, once they have used more of the tool.
Loyal has many modules that surely make the platform much more powerful and allow better interaction between all areas of the company. We intend to go in stages, learning and integrating progressively more processes into the system.
Forestadora Tapebicuá manufactures natural products from cultivated wood. The FSC certification obtained assures their customers that their products are manufactured in an economically, socially and environmentally responsible way.
